Does anyone have a secret ambition to be a photographer? Or maybe just have a passion for taking pictures as a hobby?
There is an exciting event coming up this Labour Day just for you!

Details are as follows:
Date: 1 May
Time : Morning to Lunch Time
Team: 7 to 10 pax per team
Cost : RM10 per person
Flag Off : GTPJ Section 13
Finishing Line : GTPJ Section 13
General rules:
1. Each team will be given a no of items to hunt and take a photo of that item within a set time at various locations. Each team is only allowed to submit One Memory Card (its not the camera that counts, its how creative your team takes the shot and whether u follow instructions properly. If you use more than one camera, please remember that u can only submit ONE Memory Card, so the team needs to think how they can put all the photos into that one stick).
2. There will be clues and criteria set to successfully complete each item.
3. A panel of judges will judge and rate the photos on a point system according to the set criteria.
4. Top 3 teams with the most point will WIN Prizes!
5. Its not about speed, its about team work, planning & creativity that will determine the winner!!
We're looking to register at least one team from our cell so please inform me if you want to join or if you have friends in your OIKOS you want to invite. I'll communicate more on it during cell tomorrow!
(The deadline for registration is this Saturday.)
is coming up!

Influence Conference 2009 is happening on 24-25 July with a very relevant theme of Challenging times.
"With this global economic meltdown, this is the best time for Christian young adults to show and prove to an unbelieving world that the Word of God is true.
The principles of the Word of God not only remain relevant but prove that it can bring prosperity.
There is no better time than to influence the market place and let them know that God means what He said in His Word 'He who trusts in his riches will fall, But the righteous will flourish like foliage' – Pro 11:28"
Rev Clement Wong
Director Youth Alive Malaysia
Block it off on your calenders and come for a time of learning and discussion of how to apply biblical principles to face this time of uncertainty, turbulence and fear.
See you there!
Hi all,
Cell starts up again tomorrow. I really miss you all and I'm expecting awesome things for this year.
Don't know why I was feeling so nostalgic today looking through old cell pictures and I decided to post up one. Wah...really miss the other side as well. We should really get together for a combined dinner sometime.
Will share more soon about this year and what I envision. By the way, this month focuses on being positioned for success (Nehemiah 2:20). Haha! Who wants prayer for a promotion? =P
Hope to see you all tomorrow then. Take care, yea?

I can’t believe that it’s already almost the end of the year! It feels like only yesterday when I was doing my beginning of the year resolutions and we’re already less than 1 and a half months away from next year already.
This Christmas we’re going to be doing something very exciting in cell. It will be held on Friday, 19 December at 7:30pm in the multi purpose hall of Kah Fai’s apartment complex. So we’ll be renting a whole multipurpose hall, decorating it and making sure that there will be a lot of delicious food.
There’ll be space for a lot of people so even if we invite 50 people we’ll be able to fit them into the hall! Just give a heads up on how many people are coming so that we can plan out the games and food for the right amount of people.
We’ll be doing something quite different from how previous cell Christmas parties have been and there’s a very special programme planned! Please pray and support along, and start inviting friends and asking them to block off the date on their calendar.
Are you curious yet?
Hehe! I’ll update soon with more information. Please contact me if you want to be involved in the planning and the preparation – I already have around 10 people on the committee that are praying and doing the preparatory work but more hands make the work light! =)
See you guys at cell this Friday!
Hi all!
It's been awhile since I posted here because of the period of time I was in preparing for and involved in the Bangladesh missions trip. Now I'm frantically catching up with work and other matters because of the two weeks I missed!
Will definitely be posting more soon and I've been meaning to write about a couple of topics that's been on my heart but I just haven't found the time. If time permits, look out for a post in the near future on burnt offerings. =)
Just to update you all, I would like to draw attention to the following things coming up in October that are immensely exciting! They will be posted on the sidebar too for your reference but I want to highlight it in a post also.
Firstly, Worship Night is this Friday 8pm (Oct 10) where the theme is Proclaim His Power! It's going to be awesome as the team has been preparing very hard for this event. Let's go as a cell to support and enjoy a full night of just worshipping Jesus.
On the next day (Oct 11), the Bangladesh and Sri Lanka missions trip personnel will be leading worship! Please pray with us as we prepare for this - Yen, Mich Foo and myself will be involved among others.
And then on Oct 12, it will be Hari Kioku! Please click here to see how our cell has been involved most of the years they had it (if not all!). Loadsa fun so please contact Kah Fai at 012 342 7548 if you want to be involved and help out with this event for disabled people.
On Oct 18 and 19, there will be Spiritual Parenting classes held. Saturday will be 1pm to 4:30pm and Sunday will be 1:30pm to 7:35pm. It will be a great learning experience if you want to receive tools and materials on how to guide and mentor newer Christians, and to be spiritual parents in the Kingdom of God. Please contact myself or Kah Fai if you want to take part.
That's all for now, folks!
Will update again soon - it's great to be back.
God bless!
